BMW E30 M3 DTM

In this project I decided I wanted to learn the topology of cars.

The car was made using Boxcutter, HardOps and textured using Substance Painter.

I started by searching for blueprints of the car and when I finally found something I liked. I started with a simple shape, I started adding details by using booleans.After that was done I UV unwrapped it, with some parts being unwrapped from view. Then I put the model in Substance Painter to texture it.

The final car is 22K polygons and only two materials, one for the main car body and another one for the wheels.
