About this project

For this project, I wanted to learn about the topology of cars, so I used Boxcutter and HardOps to create a car model and textured it using Substance Painter. I started by finding blueprints of the car and creating a simple shape, then adding details with booleans. Once the modeling was done, I UV unwrapped it and textured it in Substance Painter. The final car has 22K polygons with two materials, one for the car body and another for the wheels.
